HoD Delegate Allocation Lists

You will find the information you need to include on your delegate election report in the highlighted columns of the delegate allocation list.

Find your local on the list and look at the last three columns on that row of the list. The “Tot Del” column indicates total number of delegates your local may send to the HoD. The “Sprv Del” column indicates the number of your total delegates that MAY BE a supervisory member of TSTA. The “Min Del” column indicates the number of your total delegates that MUST BE an ethnic minority member of TSTA.

Local delegates elected to their Regional HoD will attend the Regional HoD for their new region (if applicable). This permits delegates to have an opportunity to fully participate in their region elections, since bylaw and officer elections held at the Regional HoD will take effect in the upcoming fiscal year.

The following Regions are not impacted by redistricting changes: 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 2B, 2C, 2E, 3C, 3E, and 4D.

Locals in the following counties are assigned to the Region indicated: Region 2D (Comanche); Region 2F (Archer, Eastland, Stephens, Young, and Wichita); Region 3B (Austin and Colorado); Region 4A (Fannin, Freestone, Limestone, and Navarro); and Region 4E (Ellis, Hill, and Grayson)

Region 2A will be designated for Socorro TSTA/NEA. All other locals currently in Region 2A will be designated as Region 2G.

Cy-Fair TSTA/NEA will be assigned to Region 3D. Grapevine-Colleyville Local will be assigned to Region 4C.

Current Region 4B will be absorbed into Region 4C.

Current Region 4E will be designated as new Region 4B.
